Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand Award recipient Tai Wah Pork Noodle opened its newest outlet in Sengkang on 11 December 2022. Located in Happy Hawkers (Compassvale Crescent), this stall sells the same amazing Minced Meat Noodles as their 11 other outlets ๐Ÿœ

Tai Wah Pork Noodle is started by the late Mr Tang Chai Chye (youngest son of the late Minced Meat Noodle Master Mr Tang Joon Teo) in 1939 at High Street Centre, and the chain is currently run by his eldest son, Mr Gerald Tang ๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿป

We patronised Tai Wah Pork Noodle’s newest outlet, and we are pleased to report that we only waited for about 14 minutes before getting our bowl of Dry Signature Tai Wah Pork Noodle ($9). The Pork Noodle is also available in smaller portions ($5/$7) ๐Ÿšถ๐Ÿป

The portion size of the Signature Tai Wah Pork Noodle is probably good for a normal adult man. It consists of Pork Slices, Minced Meat, Pork Liver, 5 Handmade Pork Balls, 3 Handmade Pork Dumplings, Chinese Seaweed and 3 pieces of Sole Fish ๐Ÿฝ

The Noodles is seasoned with Vinegar and Chilli. The quality of the Noodles is really good, and we quickly wolfed it down because it is yummy. We like how the Sole Fish delivers a smokey flavour to the Noodles, making the whole dish very appetising ๐Ÿฅข

The Dumplings and Meatball are made fresh daily, and they are pretty sizable. The Soup is also immensely flavourful ๐ŸฅŸ
